SELECTION

Once the institution has made a decision to recruit, they will disclose their requirements details to ETI International and an experienced consultant will provide the C.V’s of suitably matched candidates for the client to select for interview.

At every stage of the interview process a ETI International clients can rest assured that an experienced ETI International representative will accompany every step of the way with the support of our local team, to assure the smooth running of every aspect of the selection and offer first hand support and advice.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After the interviewing process the client will inform ETI International of their selection decision and ETI INTERNATIONAL will inform the candidates and begin to make relocation arrangements.

Candidates arrive in the UK 8 weeks after selection subject to visa

ETI International will provide and assist with the following:

• Professional registration with UK body, where applicable
• Instructing candidates on VISA requirements
• Medicals if required
• Flights to the UK if required
• Airport pick-ups
• Accommodation assistance
• Welcome packs including information on local amenities, travel and culture, details of local religious and community contacts.
• National insurance applications
• Banking assistance
