What We Do
ETI International’s team of highly trained professionals aim to handle the majority of the recruitment process making a comfortable and relaxed process for you! At every stage of the interview process ETI International clients can rest assure that an experienced ETI International representative will accompany every step of the way with the support of our local team, to assure the smooth running of every aspect of the selection and offer first hand support and advice.
The first stage:
International candidates will meet and interview with an English speaking member of the recruitment office.
- The candidate’s English language levels are assessed based on the I.E.L.T.S test.
- Original documentation is required from the candidate e.g. education certificates, references, passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, police clearance in their country of origin equal to a CRB check in the UK.
- A presentation is given by a member of our UK team covering:
- The cost of living in the country required to work in and give basic pricing examples of food, travel, and accommodation.
- We assess each candidate’s expectations, and explain what an employer would expect of them and what they can expect in return.
- After short listing candidates based upon suitability for the job and English language skills, we pass on CV’s to international employers.
Secondly:
The employer and members of the ETI International team will liaise with each other regarding the suitability of each candidate. Interviews are held with the chosen candidates, in a location preferred by the employer. An ETI professional will assist with interviews and help discuss any needs of the employers.
After the selection process is complete ETI International will provide and assist with the following:
- Instructing candidates on VISA requirements
- Medicals if required
- Flights arrangements
- Airport pick-ups
UK candidates only:
- Professional registration with UK body, where applicable
- Accommodation assistance
- Welcome packs including information on local amenities, travel and culture, details of local religious and community contacts
- National insurance applications
- Banking assistance
Our ongoing service:
ETI International will offer an ongoing service after the candidates are placed to ensure that each person is able to settle quickly into their new environment and continue to be happy through their career.
Our candidate service includes:
- A candidate liaison officer is on hand to offer daily support and advice when required.
- ETI International network candidates so they support each other and discuss their experiences.
- We will arrange regular debriefs with the Client and candidates to ensure that all parties are satisfied with all aspects of the recruitment process.
